We respond to all emails within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm WAT). Urgent issues involving account security or missing funds are prioritised and typically responded to within 4 hours.

Reporting a problem
When contacting support, please include the following to help us resolve your issue faster:
- Your registered email address or phone number
- A clear description of the issue
- The date and time the issue occurred
- Any error messages or screenshots if available
- Your transaction ID or market ID (if relevant)
Responsible Play support
Your wellbeing matters to us. If prediction activity is negatively affecting your life, we can help you:
- Set a daily or weekly prediction limit on your account.
- Take a temporary break (1 day to 6 months).
- Permanently close your account.
