We respond to all emails within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm WAT). Urgent issues involving account security or missing funds are prioritised and typically responded to within 4 hours.

Live chat

Live chat is available in the Probabiliti app and on our website. Tap the chat bubble icon in the bottom-right corner of any page. Live agents are available Monday–Saturday, 9am–8pm WAT.

Outside of these hours, you can leave a message and we will respond at the start of the next business day.

Social media

Social media is monitored for support enquiries during business hours. For account-specific issues, please use email or live chat — do not share personal or financial information in public social media messages.

Reporting a problem

When contacting support, please include the following to help us resolve your issue faster:

  • Your registered email address or phone number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • The date and time the issue occurred
  • Any error messages or screenshots if available
  • Your transaction ID or market ID (if relevant)

Responsible Play support

Your wellbeing matters to us. If prediction activity is negatively affecting your life, we can help you:

  • Set a daily or weekly prediction limit on your account.
  • Take a temporary break (1 day to 6 months).
  • Permanently close your account.
